First of all i think Assassin should be removed as a talent since it has low to no use in most of the situations, or buffed. Speedforce should be stackable instead of resetting every time, that would make the talent more useful like steroids. Scavenger should add ammo straight to your player since it has no use at all, Boom needs a fix it has to be consistent, so u can depend on your talents. Juan also needs a reload stat or the click weapons need a reload stat. Frost should deal a lot more damage and have less time where it is effecting. All 3 talents should be feather on 30 speed weapons, since it's more 15 speed or 10 speed weapons.
Juggernaut: A tier 2 talent which makes u run slower with the weapon out, but deal more damage, example "Movement speed is decreased by 10/20% But u deal 10/20% more damage."
This talent would be very balanced since it makes u deal more damage at the cost of speed, and if u run slower you're an easier target.
Confused: A tier 3 talent which has a chance to make the player you're hitting look in any direction, example "When shooting someone u have a 5/15% to make them look in any direction." The only problem i noticed with this talents is high rpm guns, so maybe it can only be on some certain guns. Would be fun to confuse each other in pvp fights.
Slippery: A tier 1 talent which has a chance to make people slide when hit, like ice skating, but hard to control. "When shooting someone u have a 10/20% chance to make them slide for 5/10 seconds. " This would be a fun talent, because a lot more people would probably slide of buildings when hit, or have a harder time killing an innocent/traitor.
Paintball: A tier 2 talent which makes u shoot faster, but deal less damage it would make tier 3 talents more useful. Paintball would also have pellets that look like paintball shots, example "Damage is decreased by 10/20%, but fire rate is increased by 10/20%."
