I’m sorry if any of these have already been suggested, but I do not fancy looking through 20 pages of talents to refine this post. Without further ado, here we go:

 

Destabilised [Tier 3]

Each hit has a (3-8)% chance to deal no damage, but force the victim to shoot randomly for (10-20) seconds.

Could also add an effect where the screen has an effect, shakes a bit, maybe like a taser.

 

High Noon [Tier 1]

Draw speed is increased by (25-50)%

Quick Clip [Tier 1]

Reload speed is increased by (20-40)%

We have the reload and draw stats, and a talent for every other stat (kind of dmg, but definitely weight, accuracy, etc) so why can’t we add these rarer stats to the mix? I’d personally love to see a quick clip/extended mag HUGE or MP5G.
 

Killer Kick [Tier 3]

Each bullet has a (10-25)% chance to push you in the opposite direction of your bullet at (3-10)x force.

Why do we need Bostons to have jetpacks? This is inspired heavily by dborn mixed with Boston basher, and could definitely have its ups and downs. It wouldn’t be easy to stop fall damage with though as the chance is too low, and the force usually isn’t strong enough to combat the game’s gravity.

 

Tactical Explosives [Tier 1 OR 3]

Each shot has a (5-15)% chance to instead launch a grenade dealing (20-40)% extra damage with a fuse time of (0.4-2) seconds and a (2-4) feet area of effect

Could be used as a meme/extinct/event weapon talent (and therefore T1) or on the other hand has the capability to be a T3 because of how they generally work. This talent could lead to some really interesting kills and plays, possibly beyond the grave. However, could lead to accidental RDM in some cases.

 

Untraceable [Tier 2]

When killing with this weapon, you have a (25-60)% chance to destroy any DNA sample on the body.

Could make traitors less prone to DNA detection while not really impacting innocents. Like a more tame, higher chance “Assassin” that’s different, but follows the same concept.

 

Pickpocket [Tier 2]

Every second of firing your gun, it has a (10-25)% chance to steal the victim’s current weapon’s talents and stats to be added to your own gun when within (5-15) feet of the target.

Stats based off of a mix of explosive and close quarters. Doesn’t completely win the fight, doesn’t proc too often, can’t be relied on heavily. However, effective when working. As an example, your beloved Dancer gets turned to a mere 4 tap M16, or your beloved Bond’s Best Friend loses it’s one shot explosive capabilities and your lightweight/-40% fists turned into a useless waste of space. A bit like copycat but much less stealing  going on.

 

I Spy [Tier 2]

When hit with this weapon, you have a (5-20)% chance to have a temporary camera put on you lasting (10-25) seconds.

Maybe these stats are too high, but the general idea is there for this talent. You get to have an RSB-like view of your victim in case they escape. It’s like a more tactical “mark” as you can’t see exactly where they are, but instead deduce it yourself.
 

Double Drum [Tier 2]

For each bullet reloaded, the gun has a (0.25-1.5)% chance to load double the usual magazine size.

Can’t be exploited easily due to it being per bullet, higher chance for every bullet shot. Could actually make TMPs good for once, while also helping large mag guns like HUGEs which often get called out for being rubbish.
 

Concentration [Tier 1]

Damage is increased by (5-10)% while aiming down sights with this gun.

Possibly be the difference for guns such as MSBS, but for a sacrifice. Maybe a less sought after talent, but can have its uses.

 

Unstable [Tier 1]

Each shot has a (0.5-2)% chance to destroy your gun, but will deal (10-20)% more damage.

Meme/extinct/event talent like click and Boston Basher. High risk, high reward.

 

Russian Roulette [Tier 1]

You only have a (15-20)% chance to fire a bullet when you shoot but your gun’s RPM is increased by 600%. Not firing a bullet does not use up a bullet from your magazine.

Another great meme weapon. Could turn your XM into a holukis, could turn it into a slowihux. It all depends on how Lady Luck is feeling when you use your left mouse button.

 

Fail-safe [Tier 3]

If you miss a bullet within 2 feet of a person, you have a (15-30)% chance to damage them for (25-75)% of the gun’s original damage.

I was thinking about homing pidgeons and long story short homing bullets. May work well, may be a catastrophic pile of reports and RDM, who knows?

 

To finish off this long talent suggestion, I want to say that of course these talents can have stats changed and numbers altered but the general idea behind each one is there.

Make bad talents good

Prepared and close quarters: change damage ranges to 10-20

Provident: 50% to do 15-25% more damage per shot

Click: increase range to 40-80 so it can actually be useful

Mark: up the chance per hit to 40-60 might actually let it see some use

Contagious: makes screen turn more and more green as you get infected and reduce damage to 2-4 (or not at all) so it's not just a worse version of tesla

Assassin: instead of body disappearing just make it when you id it (unless you killed them so innos don't get fucked if they proc it) it disappears without a chat message (like a boom body without explosion)

OR upon killing a target it has an insert percent here chance to do x damage upon being ided

Science Inspired Talents

Plasma - Fires a slow moving projectile that sticks where it lands for a period of time[10-35s] applying 1 damage to any player that touch the location(s) of impact every .2 seconds for [5-15s] 
Extra effect of Plasma - Ignites the players screen with a green flame.


Meltdown - Upon killing a player there is a [5-15%] chance the body will explode in a corona dealing physical damage to players within [2-5m] the body [10-35 damage] and radiation damage to players in it's outer radius [5-10m] for [5-10s]

 

Radshield - Upon killing a player there is a [25-45%] chance you will gain a slight damage resistance [10-35%] for [30-45s] 

Radshield - Makes the player glow while it is active.

that talent wouldnt be tthat fair to because it could make any gun in the game 1 shot

 

(if was added to the game probaly its own seperate cosmic tier weapon, Critical M16, Critical MP5 and etc)

3 or 4 times out of a 100 shots, keep in mind not all shots hit

Extinct Talent: Mini - [T1, Extinct exclusive} - Killing a player causes their corpse to shrink

This would be it's own extinct (Tiny TMP, Tiny Mac10 etc.) That would be bought in the shop like how the Bostons and Wildcards were

This'll just leave tiny corpses on the map and would just be funny

This is more of a joke talent like boston

example: 

using the t key, you can increase the damage by: %-%  for: 1-10 ammo

 

also, a somewhat... bad idea for a talent, but whatever:

name: 

what it does: after you kill someone, you have a %-% chance of being damaged by %-% of your max hp, but it increases the damage dealt for your gun by %-%

The first one sounds like *click* with extra steps, the second one sounds like Boston basher with extra steps. These don’t really sound like they’d add that much to the game, or really work well gameplay wise.

a healing talent for the first tier:

You gain hp while moving, depending on your speed, could be good on a melee.

an example:

while moving: you gain 0.5-1.2 - 1.4-2.5 hp per second

Blood Drain- Steals heath from (living players). if killed the health that is being stolen stops from reaching its maximum amount. same for when the player is killed

Living Bomb-places an explosive on  a person(with a timer). that explodes  for area damage around the person who  has it.  

Radiation-weapon permanently reduces a players max health. unable to heal back to full hp for the rest of the round. example- 5-10% chance to make 50-100% of the damage you do to an opponent turns into radiation.

paralyze/concussion- makes a player collapse. unable to move. for a certain amount  of time. Now being able to damage them/ or not is up to the mods.

Soul Link- has a chance to link a soul of the person being attacked to the attacker. the damage to the attacker will convert to damage to the person being attacked. for a certain amount of time. and the weapon will have a chance to soul link.

T1 Talent - Canadian Snowball: 

The gun only shoots snowballs that have 1.5x the damage of the gun and whenever hit by one they say sorry.  Could be added as a joke weapon to Independence collection.

A Chance to go invisible after killing someone for a few seconds.

Every hit has a chance to blind the target

each bullet has a chance to play a random sound to the target

Increases damage by %-%, but decreases damage by %-% -%-% when you fire for a certain amount of time. damage returns after x-x seconds of not firing any bullets

an example: A huge-249 with this:

+19.5% dmg, but progressively decreases damage by 7% every second, with a maximum of 34% lost. will get the damage back after  not firing for... 4 sec

of course, the %'s can be changed

 

now another one:  for a limited wep, probably.

When dealing damage, you have a %-% chance of becoming invulnerable to damage for 0.x - 0.x seconds

example: you are shooting someone with a mac10, and you get the shield for... say, 0.7 seconds.

1 thing: 

either it can't  have stacks, otherwise people would use ammofull tmp's with this and be invincible forever, it has a really low chance, like, power stone lol, or it's on a limited, medium-low rpm wep.

- every shot has a 1 - 15% to fire a Fireball that deals 10 - 35 Damage and burns the target for 1 - 5 seconds dealing 1 damage every 0.5 seconds

But i guess if they do add it, fuck me right.

Vladof/Warmup/Gatling - Decreased fire rate, but (like energizing) the longer you fire, the higher your fire rate. And yes, I stole this from Borderlands.

We have talents for all the original bar stats except for range, why is that?

Sharpshooter: Range is increased by (X%-Y%)

Simple but it would fill a gap, and if it became a T3, we could have Acc+Stab+Sharp

not gonna lie, i love the idea of acc+stab+sharp, BUT IT WOULD REALLY SUCK IF MY T3 WAS SHARP. +1 though.
