The next morning I woke up joined the server and was automatically banned for an "Alt account detection" When in reality we are two different people on two separate computers on two separate accounts. This has happened in the past and i was unbanned for it before I don't know why this keeps happening I have tried contacting the Community Lead for some reason my discord won't let me get in contact with him. I have talked to multiple staff about this before and I just hope to get this issue resolved and hope Im not looked badly upon because I didn't break any rules I simply joined the server and got banned because my brother was banned on his account on his computer. I tried to join the next day and off of my own account and it said " Alt account detected and it perma banned me but i had done nothing wrong. Because my brother is banned i got banned permanently? I think i should be unbanned.
