This (https://moat.gg/forums/topic/11166-bounty-guide-tips/?tab=comments#comment-61448) post by @Wendy  is neat. I wanted to create something similar with all talents, mutators, and power-ups, so I did.

I'm pretty sure stats maxes-mins also depend on some uniques and the rarity, but pretty cool.

All mutators can mutate any tier below them. So I could use a planetary talent mutator on a worn MSBS if I wanted to make some people mad :29_smirk:

Based on only a couple tests credit hoarder round normally instead of up. Should look into this. Also detectives with credit hoarder get the same number of credits as traitors with the same credit hoarder even though they normally start with one less.

Melees are a unique exception to this rule as well as some unique guns (i.e. sglento or miscordia).

Generally, this range is correct as it applies to majority of the guns (with some exceptions that I listed above).

This is actually false, planetary mutators can only be used on planetaries. Trust me, I tried.

Rarity does not change based on how often someone gets a gun.
